At Bawah Reserve in Indonesia’s pristine Anambas archipelago, the phrase “all-inclusive” means more than meals and soft drinks – it means every detail of your stay is taken care of, from the moment we collect you until the moment we drop you off.
This is island life perfected – sustainable luxury, where almost everything is included and nothing is an afterthought.
Here’s what’s included in your journey and room rate package:
A private chauffeur from your Singapore address to Singapore’s Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, from where you are accompanied by a Bawah host on the pleasant 30-minute ferry ride to the island of Batam, Indonesia. After clearing Indonesian immigration, we drive you to nearby Hang Nadim Airport for a delightful 75-minute seaplane flight that lands you on the resort’s lagoon.
When departing Bawah, you travel back the same way to Singapore: first by seaplane to Batam Island and then by ferry to Singapore. Once you’re through immigration and customs, a private car will be waiting for you at the ferry terminal exit.
Every bungalow, suite or villa – whether in the jungle, along the beach, or perched overwater — comes complete with air conditioning, daily turndown service, bathroom amenities and numerous thoughtful touches that make you feel instantly at home.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at any of our dining venues, either à la carte or made to your preferences – no buffets here.
Twice a week, we prepare beautiful barbecues on the beach, under the stars.
Barista coffee, tea, fresh juices, smoothies and soft drinks all day long.
Feeling hungry? One of our chefs can whip up a snack for you with pleasure.
Feeling hot? Help yourself to a freshly made ice cream from our ice cream bicycle.

Included in your rate is a daily spa treatment at Aura Spa: choose from a delightful menu of facials, massages and scrubs. Yes, that’s one treatment per person per day – all part of your package!
You are most welcome to take part in our expertly guided yoga, meditation and Pilates sessions. Also at no extra cost, you can enjoy restorative thermal contrast therapy in our wonderful new Aura Sanctuary – it features a traditional dry sauna, a soothing steam room and an icy-cold plunge pool.
Your all-inclusive package also covers an extensive list of island activities – perfect for adventure-seekers, water-babies and nature lovers alike:
Every stay supports Bawah Anambas Foundation, our non-profit initiative dedicated to marine conservation and community development across the Anambas Islands.
You are welcome to visit the foundation, or to join in our reef restoration and turtle conservation efforts. You may even be lucky enough to witness turtle eggs hatching, or turtles being released into the ocean!
