[Sleep is so important](https://blog.bawahreserve.com/secrets-to-the-best-night-sleep-ever?hsLang=en), with its connection to better productivity, less proclivity for weight gain, lower risk of heart disease, reduced depression and higher overall EQ (emotional quotient). But just getting enough sleep doesn’t cut it anymore. Now, say hello to “sleep syncing”! “Sleep syncing is a wellness trend that is gaining popularity. That’s not surprising when you consider the many health benefits to swimming in the sea. We have our own version of this latest trend, Wild swimming between our islands, definitely something to try.     ### 3.
